“Excellent professional, easy going, brilliant experience. I booked with Rory at his Liverpool studio, which is very close to Lime Street Station, so easy to get to. All contact between us was prompt and clear and all business was complete before the photo session. Ive been photographed professionally for 16 years in London, Edinburgh and manchester and these are the best I’ve had. As well as advice and direction from Rory,he was happy to take my lead on different shots and let me feed into the session my experience of what I required. Very happy and will be booking future sessions to update regularly my cv photo and with different looks etc. Thanks Rory. Good bloke.” Keith Faulker Source Google Reviews
“I booked a short, 1-hour Actors Headshots session as a ‘taster’. Rory’s customer care was excellent from the start, with clear communication and guidance beforehand and throughout. Rory has an easy, conversational manner that made the hour tick by without any sense of stress or ‘production-line’. As a result, I was very pleasantly surprised that it produced over 170 shots – which gave plenty of scope for choice for the final finished image. Both this and the initial contact sheet came through very quickly. The only delay in the process was from me taking so long to decide which image to choose!”
Actor George Warring booked his first Actors Headshots session at the Liverpool studio this week. George who has just finished his acting degree needed to create a portfolio of images for his spotlight profile.
Matt Littler and Darren Jeffries found fame on Hollyoaks with long-term roles as Max Cunningham and Sam ‘OB’ O’Brien. After a decade on the Channel 4 soap, they started presenting work, including their own radio show on Preston-based Rock FM and TV shows on 4Music. Their new series Rivals, which sees them competing in minority sports, is on Saturdays on Channel 4.I was commissioned to shoot some new material for the guys this week. They where a pleasure to work with, and I love the poses and quirky looks of the first retouched images. I hope to work with them again in the future, actors do seem to make great subjects as they are trained to pose on camera. Stacey Smith did a wonderful job with the guys makeup, also thank you too Charlie McDonald for assisting me on the shoot.
