Anouska Bolton Leeis a wonderful model and actress I met her on a fashion shoot in London a few weeks ago and was very impressed with her. I decided to arrange a test in Manchester. Nik Lloyd stylist did a great job fashion styling Anouska and Cheryl Brierley Duff Makeup artist did a fine job. We shot at the Circle Club in Manchester a venue only comparable to a classical French Night Spot from the 1940′s.
This month I was commissioned by Guilt Edged a new ethical organic fashion label focusing on graphical t-shirts to photograph their first campaign. Shot in an icy cold warehouse on the outskirts of Liverpool we worked throughout the day to create some wonderful images.
Our stylist and Katie Harrisson makeup artist did a great job with models Reah and Chris. I’m looking forward to seeing how the brand will receive the images and working with them on other projects in the near future.
New Liverpool Editoral Punk magazine commissioned me this week to photograph Nicole Francis, recent winner of Liverpool’s Colleens Real Women; who was to feature on the cover of this months issue.
We shot on location at Circo Liverpool a fantastic venue on Liverpool’s Albert Dock. I especially love the shot of Nicole in the Electric Chair. Please pick up a copy of Punk Magazine when it hits the shelves next month.
I have always tried to set out goals in my career as a photographer and one of them is to establish myself Liverpool my home city and for the past year I have been doing just that.
This week I was pleased to see my images published in the Liverpool Daily Post. The Image Victoria taken at the Malmaison Hotel is on the cover of the fashion column, at last all my efforts seem to be baring fruit.
I was commissioned by Gentry Grooming Company to shoot a new campaign for their Manchester Salon Chain. My team provided Model Kieron Wraith, Fashion Styling, Makeup & Hair, Art Direction and Retouching. The images will be used nationwide in the companies Kiosks soon to be appearing in department stores.
Today I shot a fashion feature that will hopefully be published in The Liverpool Daily PostFashion Column. We shot at the fabulous Malmaison Hotel in Liverpool. With the MTV Awards on the horizon Liverpool Lifestyle Magazine commissioned me to shoot a glamorous photoshoot with models Gavin & Laila. The theme being a couple getting ready for the big night in one of Liverpool’s most exclusive hotels Posh Pads. The models where glittering with £40,000 worth of jewellery and accessories along with some great styling by the magazine.
Mark Melia a renown fashion designer in Liverpool commissioned me to shoot some of his new collection. Wanting super detail in his images Mark Requested I hire a Hasselblad HD3 for the shoot.
The Hasselblad HD3 a beast of a camera boasts 39 megapixels; the sheer detail of the fabric was mind-blowing. Model Anna from Industry People created some wonderful shapes, and i’m positive the collection is going to be well received.
